Frequently Asked Questions

You will receive an email receipt and instructions on how to prepare for your tasting. You will also be provided a link to book a virtual consultation with your wine educator prior to your tasting. Each consultation call is 20-25 minutes. We will discuss all of the details for your private guided tasting.

After the call you will receive an invoice to pay a non-refundable deposit. Guided tasting dates are secured once the deposit is received at Graft and Vine.. 

We recommend 10 days in advance to allow your wine educator to prepare and finalize details with you. 

No, deposits are not refundable. You do have the option of rescheduling your guided tasting a max of 1 time.

While not required, it is highly recommended so that both parties can make a real human connection during the call. 

Of course! Please keep in mind that food will alter the taste of each wine, so be sure to discuss that during your booking call. 

It is important that you confirm with your guest any allergies and sensitivites to wine and food so that you can articulate any concerns to your wine educator. Graft and Vine will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions before, during or after a guided tasting.
