You will receive an email receipt and instructions on how to prepare for your tasting. You will also be provided a link to book a virtual consultation with your wine educator prior to your tasting. Each free consultation call is 30 minutes. We will discuss all of the details for your private guided tasting.

Guided tasting dates are secured once the deposit is received at Graft and Vine.. 

Yes, consultations are required in order to receive your final invoice. Consultations are where we get to know about each other. We learn your wine style and you tell us about your guests, tasting theme, wine sensitivies etc. It's a time to connect to help ensure a great tasting experience.  

We recommend booking your tasting within 10 calendar days of your preferred date to receive the consultation zoom link. We recommend booking your tasting consultation no later than 5 calendar days before your scheduled tasting to allow your wine educator to prepare and finalize details with you. 

While not required, it is highly recommended so that both parties can make a real human connection prior to the tasting. 

No, deposits are not refundable and are due at the time of booking. You do have the option of rescheduling your guided tasting a max of 1 time.

Final payments for due no later than 3 calendar days tastings prior to your tasting date. Fianl Payments  not paid 3 calenda days before your selected tasting date will result in a automatic canceled tasting.

Yes, you do have the option of rescheduling your tasting on a available date within 60 days of your original scheduled tasting.

Of course! Please keep in mind that food will alter the taste of each wine, so be sure to discuss that during your booking call. 

It is important that you confirm with your guest any allergies and sensitivites to wine and food so that you can articulate any concerns to your wine educator. Graft and Vine will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions before, during or after a guided tasting.
